The purchase and development of large territorial units is an important element of Premiot Group's investment strategy. Premiot Group has been building its own robust land bank for several years, containing over 700,000 m2 of land for the construction of logistics, storage and production facilities in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

Investment costs for individual territorial units depend on several factors, particularly the size of the industrial plot, its location, accessibility and connection to a transport infrastructure. We are carefully considering all these factors, and we only make verified acquisitions.
